Irene Fiesinger has been a member of the Rochester Crusaders since 2004 and the front ensemble instructor since 2006. She recently graduated with a BA in Music Performance from SUNY Geneseo, where she performed in numerous ensembles and recitals as a percussionist. For two years, she was the principle timpanist of the Geneseo Symphony Orchestra and principle percussionist of the Wind Ensemble. In addition to the Rochester Crusaders, Irene currently works with the Marcus Whitman Winter Percussion Ensemble. In her free time, Irene enjoys snowboarding, horseback riding, reading, swimming, and long walks on the Caribbean beach at sunset.
